The Rise of Resilience: Living Through Trauma and Disruptive Events is an all day, virtual event that transcends far beyond your average Zoom conference. Treat yourself to this dynamic one-of-a-kind experience bursting with innovative approaches to managing trauma and building resilience in your school, workplace, community, or clinical practice.
Here’s our advice for maximizing your conference experience this February.
1) Choose your own Adventure Across our Dual Track Agenda
The first step in preparing for our conference on February 2nd, 2023, is to check out the agenda. You’ll notice we often have two sessions occurring simultaneously, as certain sessions include guidance and strategies more pertinent to clinical and community professionals while others provide actionable takeaways directed at employers and workplaces.
While this will be a dual track event, all sessions align with our overarching themes of trauma and resilience, and explore how disruptive events seep into all aspects of our lives including productivity, equity, and growth. Check out our session descriptions, see which interest you most, and plan accordingly. Feel free to stay on one track or mix and match throughout the day - choosing your own adventure is part of the fun!
All sessions will be recorded and available for conference attendees to view in the days after the event.

2) Engage with Presenters and Other Attendees
Take advantage of this incredible collection of experts, clinicians, executive leaders, and attendees by asking questions throughout sessions and using the chat feature to participate in discussions with the speakers, panelists, and other conference attendees.
You'll gain unique perspectives and fresh insight on managing trauma while exchanging ideas, strategies, and resources with attendees and presenters from across the nation.
3) Yes, CEs are Available for this Event!
We’re pleased to inform you this conference has been approved for six hours of continuing education for psychologists and counselors. Social workers, LMFTs, and nurses in Massachusetts will also be able to obtain six hours of CE credits.
If you are requesting CEs, your Zoom display name during the event must exactly match the name you would like on your certificate. 100% attendance is required to receive CEs, and attendance is confirmed via Zoom reporting.
To acquire CE credit, individuals must complete a survey as well as an evaluation following the conclusion of the conference. Participants who successfully complete all requirements will be eligible to download their CE certificates within 30 days of the event’s end.
4) Check your Tech Before the Event
We recommend following these simple tips to ensure a smooth virtual conference experience.
• Test your internet connection and audio before the conference begins.
• Have the email with your personalized Zoom link on hand- don’t spend precious conference time searching through your inbox. You’ll receive this email the week of the conference.
• Make sure everything you need is charged before the event. We all know how easy it is to forget to charge your laptop, headphones, and/or tablet when they’re needed most.
